Dowtin lifts Rhode Island past George Mason 78-64

FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) — Jeff Dowtin scored 20 points, Tyrese Martin added 18 with 10 rebounds and Rhode Island won its seventh straight Atlantic 10 Conference contest, 78-64 over George Mason on Tuseday night.
