NEWS RELEASE PREPARATION FOR LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST In preparation for the February 11, 2020 Special Election, a Logic and Accuracy Test will be performed. A "test deck" of ballots will be scanned. This test verifies that the system will correctly count the votes cast for all candidates appearing on the ballot. This project involves 2.5 acres of soil disturbance for Residential, Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff goes to ground water. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology's action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
