Proposal to reverse Kansas abortion rights ruling advances
TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Republican lawmakers on Wednesday pushed a proposed anti-abortion amendment to the Kansas Constitution past its first hurdle in the GOP-controlled Legislature.
