Notice to Material Suppliers Adams County Department of Public Works will be soliciting quotations/bids from Material Suppliers for the purchase of the following materials for the 2020 Maintenance Year: 1. Sealcoat Oil 2. Weed Chemicals - Sterilant and Herbicides 3. Crackseal Material 4. Pre-level Material - HMA Asphalt 5. Traffic Paint and Glass Beads 6. Gravel from Commercial Sources 7. Anti/Deicing Materials 8. Culvert Materials Specifications and submittal documents may be obtained from the Public Works Department at no charge at 210 West Alder, Ritzville WA 99169. Adams County reserves the right to reject any and all quotes/bids. The purchase of the materials may be made in whole or in part as determined to be in the best interest of Adams County.
