She is charged alongside several other defendants, including her husband Mossimo Giannulli. Defendants are not required to attend this hearing * Approximately 50 parents were accused of cheating the admissions process at eight sought-after schools, allegedly bribing college coaches and other insiders to get their children into selective schools * Case no. 1:19-cr-10080 * Loughlin and Giannulli previously rejected a plea deal and resisted any agreements that would result in jail time. 13 other parents involved in the alleged scam, including actress Felicity Huffman, did make a deal * Loughlin's daughter, social media influencer Olivia Jade, has faced backlash in the past when she expressed more interest in partying than studying at the University of Southern California
