* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected.

- GENERAL SEAS...4 to 6 ft through this evening, then

building to 12 to 15 ft late tonight and Saturday.

- SECOND EBB...Around 1115 AM Saturday. Seas to 13 ft with

breakers likely.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 8 AM to 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft

especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.
