NOTICE TO VENDORS The East Columbia Basin Irrigation District purchases materials, supplies and equipment estimated to cost $10,000 or more but not exceeding $50,000 by means of quotations made in writing, by telephone, by fax or by e-mail as set forth in RCW 39.04.190. Quotations are solicited through District communications directly to vendors having requested to be listed to receive such communications.
