State seeks to prevent depositions in school funding suit
DOVER, Del. (AP) — Attorneys for Gov. John Carney are trying to prevent Delaware's education secretary and budget director from being deposed in a lawsuit alleging that the state is failing to provide adequate educational opportunities for disadvantaged students.
