Ricketts proposes aid for flood-damaged Nebraska counties
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Gov. Pete Ricketts proposed nearly $60 million in state assistance Wednesday to help Nebraska recover from last year’s record floods, including a surprise $9.2 million boost for a dozen of the state’s hardest-hit counties.
