Prague inks partnership with Taipei after snubbing Beijing

PRAGUE (AP) — The Czech capital, Prague, on Monday signed a partnership agreement with the capital of Taiwan, Taipei - three months after canceling a similar deal with Beijing and angering the Chinese government.
