Judge: Hanukkah attack suspect may need death-penalty lawyer

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) — A man charged in a bloody attack at a Hanukkah celebration may need attorneys specializing in death penalty cases if a stabbing victim dies, a judge said Monday.
