Spain's leader: 'Dialogue' key to new left-wing government

MADRID (AP) — Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said Sunday that he wants the hallmark of his new left-wing coalition government to be the “dialogue” needed to tackle the country’s most pressing issues, including the Catalan separatist conflict.
