Malawi legalizes cannabis cultivation for certain uses
BLANTYRE, Malawi (AP) — Malawi has legalized the cultivation of cannabis as the country seeks an alternative to tobacco, its main earner of foreign exchange which is under pressure from anti-smoking campaigns.
