Authorities: Person climbing fence hit by train in Maryland

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — Metro linesin a Washington, D.C. suburb were delayed Tuesday morning after a pedestrian climbed a fence near the tracks and was struck and trapped underneath a moving train, authorities confirmed.
