Speaker Mattiello to face challenge from Fenton-Fung

CRANSTON, R.I. (AP) — Barbara Ann Fenton-Fung, a Republican activist and wife of a two-time GOP candidate for governor of Rhode Island, filed paperwork Monday to challenge Democratic House Speaker Nicholas Mattiello.
