Global stocks mixed after Wall Street rises to record
TOKYO (AP) — Global shares were mixed Thursday, while the Shanghai benchmark jumped 1.8% after China's central bank cut interest rates to help ease credit for companies stricken by a virus outbreak centered on the Chinese city of Wuhan.
