School staff have a responsibility to encourage students
Why do certain parts of the school staff not have a clue what they shouldn’t do? There’s a certain high school staff member who this week told a student that they were messing up. There’s no reason at all that the person in question had to cuss at the student and yell. They listened to a younger student and went on what they said. If you want a student to succeed you have to give them a reason to. They have to be encouraged, not discouraged. It’s no wonder so many students are quitting school. They get enough bullying from other students; they don’t need it from staff, too. I know this is nothing new, but that’s no reason for it to continue. Wake up, people.
