China, Southeast Asia hold emergency meet on viral outbreak
VIENTIANE, Laos (AP) — China’s top diplomat arrived Wednesday in Laos for an emergency meeting with counterparts from Southeast Asian countries, which have expressed alarm over a viral outbreak that started in China.
