Wisconsin Senate to vote on body cam, crime bills

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Senate planned to vote Wednesday on a bipartisan bill that would give the public access to most police body camera video as well as a package of anti-crime bills backed by Republicans but opposed by Democrats.
