Wisconsin Senate to sign off on new State Patrol contract

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Senate was scheduled to sign off Wednesday on a new contract for the Wisconsin State Patrol that would raise salaries retroactively 9.9% for troopers.
