Wisconsin Assembly considering constitutional convention
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Assembly is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a proposal to call a convention of the states to consider making changes to the U.S. Constitution, including imposing term limits on federal offices.
