The Nation's Weather for Wednesday, February 19, 2020

_____

NATIONAL SUMMARY

A stalled out storm system draped over the Southeast, Gulf

Coast and Texas, will continue to bring rounds of rain to

many of the same areas tomorrow. With rivers running high

across much of the South, any additional rainfall can prompt

flooding concerns. A developing storm system across the

central Plains will begin to spread snow in Kansas, Nebraska

and Colorado, leading to some travel issues. A chilly

northwest wind will cause lake-effect snow to fall across

the Great Lakes, some of which could cause white-out

conditions at times. An expansive area of high pressure will

set up over the Western states, resulting in dry and settled

conditions for most. Many locales across the West, even

across the Pacific Northwest will have plenty of sunshine

tomorrow.
