Hanoko the elephant euthanized at Defiance Zoo & Aquarium

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — An Asian elephant that spent more than 20 years at Tacoma's Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium was euthanized Saturday night after a “severe decline in her health,” zoo officials announced.
