Groups sue Washington wildlife agency over steelhead farms

MOUNT VERNON, Wash. (AP) — Four nonprofits filed a joint lawsuit Tuesday against the state Department of Fish & Wildlife for issuing a permit for steelhead farms in the marine waters of Skagit and Kitsap counties.
