Wisconsin trooper contract would boost starting salaries
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Starting salaries for Wisconsin state troopers would increase by nearly $6,000 a year under their first new contract in five years that won approval Wednesday after a previous agreement with higher raises was rejected.
