NHP: Car passing in no-pass zone may have killed 4 in Nevada

ELKO, Nev. (AP) — A preliminary investigation indicates a head-on crash that killed four people in northeast Nevada over the weekend was caused by the driver of a car from Oregon who attempted to pass in a no-passing zone on a two-lane highway south of Wells.
