WASHTUCNA — The Washtucna woman killed in a two-car collision Tuesday, on state Route 261 near milepost 57, has been named in a press release from the Washington State Patrol.

Sally Graves, 76, was declared deceased at the scene. She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, according to the WSP. No drugs or alcohol are believed to have played a role.
