MOSES LAKE -- Moses Lake police are seeking the suspected driver of a hit-and-run collision Saturday.

According to the police report, 21-year-old Harley Quint ran into a light pole on Broadway Avenue and Marina Drive at 2 a.m. Dec. 26. When police arrived, the car had been vacated. It has since been impounded with a pending search warrant.

Quint has been listed as a missing person and the Moses Lake Police Department is working with other law enforcement agencies, MLPD Capt. Mike Williams said.

“There’s a million reasons people leave their lives,” he said. “We don’t immediately suspect foul play, but we definitely want to check in and make sure he’s okay.”

Quint’s sister, Courtney Long of Bellingham, posted on social media, asking for community support.

"His name is Harley Quint. DOB 4/26/1999. 5’10” and approx 230 pounds," she wrote. "He is a danger to no one except himself. Harley is struggling with depression and anxiety. He has never gone this long without making contact, especially when we have expressed concern. There is a missing persons case for him, case number #20ML17652. Please reach out if you see him!"

As of Wednesday morning, Long said he hadn't been found.
