Moldova's pro-Russian prime minister resigns after protests

CHISINAU, Moldova (AP) — Moldova’s pro-Russian prime minister has resigned to, as he put it, pave the way for an early parliamentary election and “bring normalcy” to the tiny former Soviet state.
