Dec. 12

Officers responded to the 1500 block of West Bonneville Street for a report of shots fired. Upon further investigation, police determined that children in the area had been mixing baking soda and vinegar, making the loud banging noises.

Officers responded to the area of Longview Street Northeast and Miller Street Northeast for a report of a stolen vehicle found in this area.

Officers responded to J’s Teriyaki Grill for a report of a car prowling in which a number of children’s Christmas presents were stolen, along with a wallet and a phone charger.

Dec. 13

Officers responded to the 1100 block of North Stratford Road for a report of an unknown suspect who threw a rock in the window of a store in this area.

Officers responded to the area of West Loop Drive for a report of a car that had been vandalized with a rock.

Dec. 8

Jessica Arvizu Rangel, 20, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Joel Alejandro Villela, 28, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance, driving while under the influence and third-degree driving while license suspended.

Sheri Dwighlene Knopp, 40, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of forgery and possession of a controlled substance.

Kenny Gene Williams, 61, of Quincy, was booked on probation violations.

Michael Dwayne Stead, 34, of Electric City, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to a residential burglary.

Gabriel Lee Watley, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of delivery, manufacture or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Dec. 10

Carlos Eulogio Romero, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to failure to register as a sex offender.

Dec. 11

Robert James Curtis, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault and third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

Candelario Rojas, 28, of Royal City, was booked on charges of violating a no-contact order.

Dec. 12

Cristobal Garcia, 46, of Moses Lake, was booked on probation violations stemming from underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a stolen vehicle and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Dec. 13

Tomas Ramirez, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.
