Inslee unveils climate proposals ahead of full budget plan
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Washington Gov. Jay Inslee on Tuesday announced several climate related proposals for the next legislative session, including fully reinstating a plan to cap carbon pollution in the state.
