TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Republican Party officials representing Kansas in the Electoral College quickly and quietly cast the state's six votes for President Donald Trump during a drama-free meeting on Monday that belied weeks of turmoil stoked by Trump and his allies as they tried to overturn his election loss.
