Construction begins on Confluence Health facility

Construction work has begun on a new Confluence Health facility on Yonezawa Boulevard in Moses Lake. Kevin Myre, building official for Moses Lake, said a building permit for the 7,000-square-foot facility was issued Dec. 2.
