Joyce E. Rector

Joyce E. Rector, 91, a longtime resident of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away peacefully on Nov. 27, 2020. She was born in Minnesota on Jan. 29, 1929. She worked as an X-ray technician.

Joyce married Dr. Wayne Rector on June 27, 1956, in Jordan, Minnesota. They adopted two daughters, Cindy and Sandy, who were born in 1959.

Joyce loved knitting, playing cards and other crafts. She traveled to Australia and Europe. She was an active member in her church, Living Word Lutheran Church in Moses Lake. She is survived by daughter Sandy Fitzgerald and grandchildren Asha Willman and Richard Murphy. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
