Member of Gov. Lamont's staff tests positive for COVID-19

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont's deputy communications director, Rob Blanchard, is in quarantine after testing positive for the coronavirus, he announced Sunday.
