Egypt's El-Sissi pays state visit to France; activists angry
PARIS (AP) — French President Emmanuel Macron acknowledged “disagreements” Monday with Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi over human rights, amid criticism from activists over the Egyptian leader's crackdown on dissent.
