Legal Notice The Bureau of Reclamation in cooperation with Washington State Parks will permanently close a beach area located in Steamboat Rock State Park in order to provide resource protection. The closure will take place on January 1, 2021. Washington State Parks will clearly post the closure with signage and enforce it through officer patrols. Notice of Application - Date of Notice: December 7, 2020- Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on November 30, 2020 from RW & Sons LLC (Designated Contact: Prairie Land Surveying (Jim Keyes), 5134 Road E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on December 2, 2020. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel totaling approximately 59.23 acres to create two (2) lots in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district. Lot 1 is approximately 2.50 acres and will be residential and served by an individual well and septic system. Lot 2 is approximately 56.73 acres and is the balance of the farm land. Lot 2 has an existing well with a contract for the use of artificially stored ground water tributary to the Potholes Reservoir. Lot 2 will not have a residential capacity. The site is served by County Road 4 NW and Road E NW and utilities currently exist along Road E NW. LOCATION: The project site is known as RW & Sons LLC Short Plat and the subject parcel is located at the intersection of County Road E NW and County Road 4 NW approximately ten miles south of Ephrata, WA. The site is located in the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 19 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-0370-000. PRESENT ZONING: Agricultural (AG). STUDIES REQUIRED: None.
