Nonessential shops reopen in Belgium as virus numbers drop

BRUSSELS (AP) — Nonessential shops in Belgium reopened Tuesday in the wake of encouraging figures about declining daily coronavirus infection rates and hospital admissions. Few overcrowding incidents were reported.
