Hallmark police reform bill faces tough road in California
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — One of the hallmark bills of California lawmakers’ policing reform efforts cleared a hurdle Wednesday but faces tough going as the Legislature races to adjourn for the year on Monday.
