Dutch minister discusses rights with Chinese counterpart
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — Dutch Foreign Minister Stef Blok raised his concerns about human rights in China and the autonomy of Hong Kong during talks Wednesday with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi.
