Coronavirus: 21 in hospital

MOSES LAKE — The total of confirmed cases in the county since the pandemic began rose to 2,146 on Wednesday. According to state officials, 117 residents have been hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19 since the pandemic began, while 21 are currently hospitalized, Grant County Health District reported Wednesday. It was the first time more than 20 county residents with the coronavirus have been hospitalized at the same time.

Thirty-seven cases of the coronavirus in Grant County were reported Wednesday, including 18 new cases in the Quincy area, 11 in Moses Lake, five in Royal City, two in Warden and one in the Mattawa area, according to the health district.
