Flake backs Biden, makes conservative case against Trump
PHOENIX (AP) — Former Republican Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake on Monday backed Democrat Joe Biden for president, decrying a culture of name-calling, tribalism and “tinfoil-hat conspiracy theories” that he says has gripped his party under President Donald Trump.
