STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AMENDED NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) SURFACE WATER CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE: That Randy Reber, Round Lake Farms LLC of Soap Lake, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to add two points of withdrawal (wells) as granted under Surface Water Certificate No. S3-24700. That Surface Water Certificate No. S3-24700 authorizes the diversion of 6.7 cubic feet per second, 1442 acrefeet per year, for the seasonal irrigation of 412 acres. That the authorized point of diversion is from Round Lake, a tributary to Crab Creek within the NE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 16, T. 22 N., R. 28 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is 412 acres consisting of three circles in the W1/2SE1/4 and SW1/4 and S1/2NW1/4 of Section 17 and the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 18 and the E1/2 of Section 19 and the W1/2 of Section 20, T. 22 N., R. 28 E.W.M. That he proposes to add two points of withdrawal; within the 1) NW1/4NW1/4 or the NE1/4NW1/4 or the SW1/4NW1/4 or the SE1/4NW1/4 or the NW1/4SW1/4 or the NE1/4SW1/4 or the SW1/4SW1/4 or the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 9, T. 22 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and within the 2) SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 16 or the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 17, T. 22 N., R. 28 E.W.M. NOTICE OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District #161 of Grant County,Washington will hold a Public Hearing on the budget for the 2020-21 fiscal year at the regular board meeting on Thursday, August 13 at 7:00 P.M. Any taxpayer may appear at the aforesaid meeting to be heard for or against any part of said budget. Copies of the proposed budget may be obtained from the Moses Lake School District Administration Office, 1620 S. Pioneer Way.
