Washingon gov. declares state of emergency over wildfires

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Gov. Jay Inslee issued a statewide emergency proclamation on Wednesday because of multiple wildfires in Central and Eastern Washington, as well as the Olympic Peninsula.
