Florida Republicans vote out Rep. Spano in GOP primary

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Rep. Ross Spano, a Republican congressman dogged by ethics investigations, lost his primary challenge on Tuesday, becoming the eighth incumbent House member to be defeated in party primaries this year.
