Borders' report card: USOPC 'hugely on track' on reforms
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — The U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee received a positive progress report from the committee that analyzed the federation's problems and recommended dozens of changes a year ago.
