Notice of Rescheduled Hearing August 18, 2020 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has rescheduled a Public Hearing previously postponed. The Hearing will now be heard before the Grant County Planning Commission on September 2, 2020 at 7:00pm. The Hearing will be held electronically. The hearing is to consider amendments to the Unified Development Code proposed by Grant County Development Services, including: Changes to allow government offices in various zones, revise the Performance and Use standards for Mini Storage developments in order to clarify ambiguous language and provide greater clarity for developers/owners, revises "minor modification" language for Wireless Communication Facilities to better facilitate tower upgrade projects, and revise language regarding size limitations for uses in the AG zone. LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON Pursuant to RCW 54.16.080 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF A PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2021, SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING THEREON AND AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF SUCH MEETING WHEREAS, the preliminary proposed budget of revenue and expenditures for the Grant PUD for the year 2021 will be filed August 25, 2020. WHEREAS, public comment on the proposed budget will officially open October 13, 2020 during the regularly scheduled Commission Meeting and conclude upon adoption of the budget. Public hearings regarding the proposed 2021 budget will be held during the month of October at which any rate payer may appear and be heard for or against the whole or any part thereof.
