Weakening expected for tropical storms Josephine, Kyle

MIAMI (AP) — Tropical Storm Josephine was expected to weaken as it skirts islands in the Caribbean, and Tropical Storm Kyle was moving away from the continental United States, forecasters said Saturday night.
