Regualators OK repair of bridge damaged by train derailment

PHOENIX (AP) — A state regulatory panel on Wednesday approved Union Pacific Corp.'s revised plan to rebuild part of a century-old railroad bridge that was damaged in a train derailment and resulting fire.
