City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing And Optional DNS The City of Moses Lake Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow Pioneer Veterinary Clinic to remodel and add additional square footage to their existing building, located at 827 E. Hunter Pl, Moses Lake, WA 98837) and determined this application to be technically complete on August 3, 2020. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.
